New instruction for business park

Appointed by Oceanic Estates we are delighted to start 2019 with a new instruction to deliver the technical design for two phases of development at the Adanac Park development, Southampton.

Forming Southampton’s premier new business park, Adanac Park encompasses over 75 acres of mixed use development comprising the existing National headquarters of the Ordnance Survey amongst a mix of commercial uses, retail, hotel and new housing.

Working with Quartz, Boyle and Summers architects, Bradbrook Consulting engineers, MCS Construction and Ecosupport we are developing the technical design for two separate commercial sites located to the north and south of the existing OS building.

The proposals will draw upon the overarching Green/Blue Infrastructure principles for Adanac Park and the woodland habitats combining ecology, SuDS and landscape planting to create a series of ‘green finger’ ecological corridors throughout the site. This will help to balance the development footprint and instil a unique character with opportunities for visitors and employees to engage with the natural environment.

Construction is due to start later this year and we will keep you posted on further developments.
