Landscape, ecology and tree consultancy services for several school projects in the South of England

We provided landscape, ecology, and tree consultancy services for several school projects across Southern England. Working with Faithful & Gould we provided services for the design and build of schools through the PAGABO ‘Professional Services in Construction’ framework. Most notably, Springwell SEN school and St Mark’s Primary School.

The largest of the projects was St Mark’s, where the existing primary school undertook a £35m transformation to include a new 6FE secondary school. The project is currently at RIBA Stage 1 and we are undertaking surveys and providing initial advice to help firm up the brief before heading into sketch design in the spring.

At the other end of the project cycle, we were appointed as the main contractor for Springwell school with Morgan Sindall. We successfully secured planning permission for their new landscape scheme and artificial turf 5-a-side pitch for school and community use, completed in 2019.
