Continued success at north stoneham park

Since the successful delivery of the Phase 1 approval for North Stoneham Park in May 2017, we are delighted to have recently received reserved matters approval for Phase 2. Working for Highwood Homes and affordable housing provider Vivid, this next phase will deliver a further 514 dwellings and associated Green Infrastructure, Public Open Space and wider community benefits.

Green light for hedge end development

Deacon Design, working alongside Foreman Homes and HGP Architects have successfully secured detailed planning approval for the Phase II residential scheme at St Johns Road, Hedge End, near Southampton.

 The scheme, which will comprise 106 new homes, will see the restoration of a wet woodland complete with boardwalks and viewing decks.

Hawkinge retirement village – phase 1 completion

Set on top of the North Downs, Hawkinge offers stunning views above nearby Folkestone to the English Channel and French coastline. Located on the former RAF Hawkinge airfield, the site played an important role during WWII defending the skies above Kent and now provides a peaceful and beautiful location for “Later Living”.

We have been appointed by Pentland Homes Limited to develop the detailed landscape design for a new residential scheme at Lydden, Kent comprising 22, well needed family homes. Famous for its Hill Circuit the actual settlement of Lydden sits within a tranquil valley adjacent to the Kent Downs AONB and temple Ewell Nature Reserve.
